In order for your organization to use Jetty, with you as a user, some of your personal information must be stored. This includes name, email address and phone number, but could also additional information, should your organization so chose, like physical address, special requirements on food, clothing size, and information on your skills and experiences. If this additional information is needed, you will be asked to provide it your self.
This data is gathered so that your organization can contact you, or to plan catering, need for protective clothes, or other things that is necessary for you to cooperate with your organization. Note that your contact information might be given to third parties who would need these in order to perform their duties in their collaboration with your organization.
From time to time, Jetty will send out emails displaying new functionality in the system, describing how-tos, or other content for training and support reasons. Jetty will NOT send any emails with marketing purposes.
Please note that Jetty is a cloud based service, and that the data stored in Jetty could be moved between countries and continents, for example due to load balancing, or for backup reasons.
Your consent to storing this information can be withdrawn at any time. This can be done by sending an email to withdraw@jetty.se withdrawing your consent will result in your personal information immediately being erased from Jetty, and your user account deleted.
